What does beonshore do, and what does it not do?
beonshore provides business and technology consulting: market study and entry assessment, legal and regulatory requirements mapping, digital presence for Brazil, go-to-market and sales channel, local presence and ongoing support. We do not provide legal, accounting, customs or immigration services; we do not open your company, your bank account or your visa. We map what is required and introduce the licensed professional who executes it, contracting directly with you.
Who executes the legal work, such as company registration and tax enrolment?
Licensed Brazilian lawyers and accountants. The requirements roadmap lists, item by item, which type of professional is needed, the indicative lead time and cost range, and we introduce vetted partners. They contract directly with you and are responsible for their work; we coordinate progress and communication.
How long does entering Brazil usually take?
The consulting route is 12 weeks: market study and entry assessment in weeks 1–4, requirements roadmap and introductions in weeks 3–6, digital presence live in weeks 6–10, go-to-market in weeks 8–12. Legal and certification steps are executed by licensed professionals with indicative lead times of 30–45 days for company formation to operation, 60–120 days for INMETRO certification and 90–180 days for ANATEL.
How does pricing work?
Market study and requirements roadmap are fixed fees; digital presence is a project; go-to-market is project plus monthly; local support is a monthly retainer. Everything is invoiced in Brazilian reais (BRL) by a Brazilian entity, and the quote is sent within 2 business days of the discovery call. Licensed professionals quote their fees directly to you; they are not included in ours.
Paraná or São Paulo: which should we choose?
São Paulo has the largest market and the highest costs. Paraná is about 90 minutes from the port of Paranaguá, has mature automotive, machinery and agribusiness clusters, exported US$5.3 bn to China in 2025, and already hosts Linglong (US$1.2 bn) and Geely (R$3.8 bn). Regional choice is a deliverable of the market study, with a comparison table for your sector.
Can we reach you on WeChat or WhatsApp?
Yes. WeChat ID beonshore is the main Chinese-language channel, usually answered within the hour during China business hours; WhatsApp is used for the Brazilian side and voice messages. E-mail is answered within one business day.
Which languages do you speak?
The team works natively in Portuguese and English. Chinese communication runs through a professional interpreter partner, available for video calls and business meetings. Written deliverables are provided in Chinese and English.
What is JBKR’s role?
JBKR is beonshore’s technology partner and part of the same Brazilian company, with 100+ projects delivered in Brazil since 2006. The Portuguese website, Brazilian SEO, WhatsApp Business official API channel, CRM and NF-e/ERP integrations are delivered directly by JBKR, with no third parties.
How is our data protected? Do you comply with Brazil’s LGPD?
We collect only what you send us through WeChat, WhatsApp or e-mail, and use it to reply and deliver the service; this site runs no analytics and sets no cookies. Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) applies to all personal data we process, and you can request access, correction or deletion at any time. See the privacy notice.
What is the first step?
A paid entry assessment. It starts with a 60-minute discovery call (week 0), followed by the market study and decision report in weeks 1–4. After four weeks you can decide, on data, whether to enter, from where and with what budget.
Do we need a visa to visit Brazil?
From 11 May to 31 December 2026, holders of ordinary Chinese passports may enter Brazil visa-free for stays of up to 30 days for tourism, business and conferences. For travel after that date, confirm with the Brazilian embassy or consulate before departure. Source: CNN Brasil, as of February 2026.
Can you help us export Brazilian products to China?
Commercial representation and export intermediation are outside our standard offers. Once trust is established through a project, they can be discussed on request, with introductions to the appropriate licensed partners.
