This notice explains how the beonshore website and communication channels handle personal data, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018). In short: we process only the information you choose to send us, and we use no analytics tools or tracking cookies.

Only what you send us through WeChat, WhatsApp or e-mail: name, company, role, contact details and the business context you describe in your messages.
This website uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party scripts, and sets no tracking cookies. The only data kept in your browser (localStorage) is your chosen theme (light or dark) and motion preference; it never reaches our servers.
Our hosting provider may keep short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security purposes; we do not use them to identify individuals.
To reply to your enquiry; to prepare and send quotes and proposals; to deliver consulting services and coordinate partners after a contract is signed; and to meet Brazilian invoicing and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Under LGPD article 7: pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request and performance of a contract (item V); compliance with legal or regulatory obligations (item II); and the controller’s legitimate interest, such as replying to a contact you initiated (item IX).
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted.
Contracted services: for the duration of the contract and, afterwards, for 5 years as required by Brazilian tax and commercial law.
When you contact us on WeChat, message content is processed by WeChat’s operator on servers in China under WeChat’s own privacy policy. WhatsApp messages are processed by Meta. These transfers are initiated by the communication tool you choose, not by us.
We store and process data in Brazil. Should data need to be transferred outside Brazil, we apply standard contractual clauses under ANPD Resolution 19/2024.
Under LGPD article 18 you may at any time request: confirmation that we process your data; access to it; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; information on whom we share it with; withdrawal of consent; and deletion of data processed on the basis of consent.
