What is included?
Three things: a Portuguese website Brazilians can find and trust, a compliant official WhatsApp channel, and the CRM that connects both to your sales team. The website gets you found; WhatsApp closes the deal.
Why WhatsApp: Brazil has around 147 million WhatsApp users, 82% of them have interacted with a brand there and 60% have completed a purchase through it (source: Opinion Box 2025, cited by Sinch and Agendor). Chinese companies usually arrive in Brazil with a website and an e-mail funnel, while Brazilian buyers make their decisions on WhatsApp.
Official channels only: we activate WhatsApp Business exclusively through the official Meta Cloud API, never through unofficial gateways. Unofficial gateways get numbers banned, which is an unacceptable risk for a brand that has just entered the market.
How is it delivered, step by step?
Weeks 1–2: beonshore works with you to define what the website is for (lead generation, dealer recruitment or brand presence), the page structure and the key messages; JBKR copywriters then write in Portuguese rather than translating the Chinese or English original.
Weeks 3–6: JBKR develops and deploys the site with SEO and structured data, and in parallel activates the WhatsApp Business API, submits business verification and message templates, connects the CRM and sets the lead-routing rules.
Weeks 7–8: launch, LGPD review, Google Search Console and Merchant setup; a monitoring report 30 days after launch, with tuning based on search and conversation data. If you then need a sales agent and lead operations, the work continues into go-to-market and sales channel (/en/services/go-to-market).
What is out of scope?
It does not include platform operations inside China (WeChat official accounts, Baidu advertising); if needed, we can advise on coordinating content across both sides.
It does not include paid advertising budget and management, nor large-scale content marketing; continuous post-launch optimisation can be run monthly through local presence and ongoing support.
It does not include issuing the privacy policy as a legal document or executing the trademark registration: a data protection lawyer and an IP lawyer handle those for you directly.
Why is it delivered by JBKR?
JBKR was founded in Curitiba in 2006 and has completed more than 100 projects. Its clients include CAOA Chery, the Brazilian operation of a Chinese automotive brand, Unilever Brasil (OMO and Kibon, five consecutive projects) and Unimed Paraná. Its compliance integration work covers NF-e, NFC-e, the national NFS-e standard, IBS/CBS reform readiness, Pix and LGPD, which no company invoicing and collecting payment in Brazil can avoid.
Apicio, the JBKR WhatsApp sales agent product, runs on the official Meta API and supports Portuguese voice messages. The website and the channel are delivered by the same team, which removes the coordination cost of one vendor for the website, another for WhatsApp and a third for the ERP.
Invoiced in BRL by a Brazilian entity; third-party professional fees not included.
