What is included?
Three tracks run in parallel: the channel (finding and signing the right distributor or dealer), the sales system (WhatsApp agent, CRM and response deadlines) and market activity (trade fairs, delegations, industry associations). All three share one monthly report.
The partner search starts with screening criteria: regional coverage, existing brand portfolio, after-sales capacity and financial standing. From 20–40 candidates we shortlist 5–8 for meetings and accompany the first round of negotiations; the contracts are drafted by a commercial lawyer.
The sales system is deployed by JBKR. Brazil has around 147 million WhatsApp users and 60% of them have bought through WhatsApp (source: Opinion Box 2025, cited by Sinch), which makes instant answering in Portuguese a basic requirement for entering the Brazilian market rather than a bonus.
How is it delivered, step by step?
Weeks 1–2: sales process design. We fix the target customer, the price and the terms, who replies and within how long, and we define the lead scoring and handover rules.
Weeks 3–6: JBKR deploys the WhatsApp sales agent and the CRM, while beonshore completes the partner shortlist and the first contacts, and prepares the agenda for the nearest trade fair.
Weeks 7–8: first meetings and trade fair execution, with the first monthly report delivered. From then on the support runs monthly: following up partners, refining conversation scripts and preparing the next event.
What is out of scope?
It does not include commercial representation or signing contracts in your name. Negotiating with Brazilian buyers on your behalf, on a commission basis, is discussed separately and only on request once the relationship has been established.
It promises no sales figures. What we commit to is the process, the response deadlines and numbers you can verify every month.
It does not include the legal drafting of distribution agreements, staff recruitment or customs clearance, which are executed for you directly by a commercial lawyer, a recruitment consultant and a customs broker.
Why start in Paraná?
The dealer networks of southern Brazil are mature and concentrated: BYD (since 2022), GWM and Geely dealers already operate in Curitiba and São José dos Pinhais (source: BYD, GWM, 2025). For automotive and auto-parts companies, there are channels here ready to talk to.
For agricultural machinery, the entry point is Show Rural Coopavel, held every February in Cascavel: more than 600 exhibitors, around 400,000 visitors and R$7.05 bn in business closed in 2025 (source: CNN Brasil, February 2026). In April 2026 the China-Brazil Chamber of Commerce (CCIBC) put five cooperation areas to the state of Paraná: wires, cables and transformers, drones, inflatable grain silos, electric buses and trucks, and electric motorcycles (source: Mirian Gasparin, April 2026), and it plans to open an office in Curitiba.
Invoiced in BRL by a Brazilian entity; third-party professional fees not included.
